There is no "owner's manual" for first-time supervisors and new managers. It can be daunting to effectively manage a team of professionals, make important decisions and navigate through organizational change without losing momentum. If you are new to managing people, want to move into management or need a refresher, this course is for you.

This series of recorded webinars is designed to equip new managers with tools to lead people, enhance productivity and avoid costly decisions. There is more than four hours of educational content packaged for self-paced online learning. Each webinar is 15-18 minutes long. Dr. Lee Stuart, the Leadership Instructor at KU, leads the learning.

At the conclusion of the series, participants can take a learning assessment to earn the "KU New Manager Essentials" certificate.

This fully online program is designed to provide future RBTs with the 40 hours of guided training required to take the RBT Competency Assessment and Exam. With coursework designed and conducted by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst from the University of Kansas Department of Applied Behavioral Science, the KU RBT Online Certification Prep Course makes it easy for students to enter this in-demand field.

Those who complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be submitted to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as part of the RBT certification process.
