5 Steps to Get Registered for a Jayhawk Global Course

Federal employees can follow these easy steps to get registered for Jayhawk Global courses with their 10 percent discount. Find your course by visiting the Federal Partnership page. Click the course titles for an overview and links to specific course pages, and follow the registration prompts on the course page.

When you are ready to register, follow these easy steps:

1. Click the registration prompts on the course web page.

2. Select your registration method.

Most courses offer several ways to register, including online and by mail, phone or fax. Registering online will take you to our secure web registration portal.

3. Get your federal discount.

Your federal discount code is fgvt116. If you are registering online, you will be asked to enter your federal discount code to begin the process. The discount code is required for registering with the federal discount.

The federal discount code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown: fgvt116

Be sure to select the "Federal Employee Discount Registration" discounted course fee when you choose your fee options. For online registrants, if you do not see a "Federal Employee Discount Registration" option for an eligible course, you may have entered the code incorrectly. Try entering the code again.

4. Register with your .gov work email address.

When you fill out your contact information during the registration process, be sure to use your .gov work email address.

5. Fill in the required information and submit.

Enter your personal information and click the "Continue Registration" button to review your entries. Finish your registration by clicking the "Continue to Payment" button, entering your billing details, and submitting your registration. You will receive an email from Jayhawk Global confirming your registration, followed by a confirmation letter and receipt.
