Applied Behavior Analysis for Practitioners
The number of children and adults needing behavioral health services is increasing, producing a high demand for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide care services. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment for psychiatric technicians is growing at a much faster rate than average. For example, the state of Nevada estimates that in 2020 there were only enough providers to serve about two out of every three children who would most benefit from Applied Behavior Analysis services.
